At the end of the day I thought I’d have a lot more time to relax. The weather here has been spectacular. Sunny and hot too hot for some so they escape into the wilderness of the surrounding countryside. I have learned that the snow pack was low to non-existent this year. There hasn’t been much rain in a while. However the sunny skies create a nice atmosphere to be in. 

  
I was up at the crack of dawn. That internal clock is still there. It wakes me up when the sun starts to brighten the night sky in the morning. 

  
A few conversations here and there and now it’s late. Well at least I’m busy. Visited with an old friend and we had dinner together. She cooked. There was a lot to catch up on. A lot has changed I her life. There are voids where there was once life. 

  
I called her after accomplishing three out of the four things I set up to get accomplished today. My Canadian id is still to be gotten. One step has to be completed before the other could swing into motion. 

  
All in all it was a good day. Working again tomorrow. Might as well get as many shifts in as I can.
